Knee cartilage can heal!!
We see it happen all the time in our patients in the clinic.
The trick is using the right amounts of loads or forces on the joints and repetitions. It also takes months to heal.

This makes it possible for someone dealing with knee arthritis to avoid having a knee replacement. If you're doing the right exercises, and you give it the right amount of time, then you should see improvements in your knees.

Strengthening the right muscles is key too!
Healthcare professionals usually recommend strengthening the quads, but that almost always makes knee cartilage worse! This is not common knowledge and is not taught in medical programs.
