10 Minute Upper Body Stepper Workout w/ Resistance Bands

This workout is great for those looking for a challenging workout that focuses more on upper body exercise using a mini stepper with bands. We advise that you attempt this workout with a bit more slack if the exercises in this workout are new to you. If any of the exercises are too difficult to perform for each interval during the workout, pause the video and adjust the length of your bands. Once you feel comfortable with the exercises, you can work on adding more tension in the resistance bands for an intensified workout. Perform controlled repetitions to ensure that you are engaging your core and the stepper remains in place during each exercise.

Workout Details:

This workout was designed to be completed without rest periods during the workout. If you feel like you need to take a rest at any point during the workout, pause the video and take a minute or two to recover.

Warm Up:

Arm circles 15 seconds forward
Arm circles 15 seconds backward
Arm hugs 30 seconds
Basic Step 1 minute

Upper Body Workout:

Alternating arm curls 1 minute
Alternating lateral raises 1 minute
Double arm curls 1 minute
Alternating lateral raises 1 minute
Tricep kickbacks 30 seconds
Bicep curl hold 30 seconds
Double lateral raise 30 seconds
Tricep kickbacks 30 seconds
Bicep curl hold 30 seconds
Double lateral raise 30 seconds
Tricep kickbacks 30 seconds

Cool Down:

Basic Step 2+ mins
