Whole Food Plant Based Meal Prep with me! Today we're prepping about half a week's worth of veggies, beans, grains and more! These are all the things I like to make to have on hand throughout the week, and basically... my weight loss staples! Sometimes I make full meals to have ready to reheat, and sometimes I just like to batch cook items separately. Today we're batch cooking to have lots of healthy staples in the fridge, ready to eat. Today we are prepping some raw & steamed veggie, pearl barley, chickpeas, oil-free hummus, mung bean pancakes & some dressings and sauces! Hope you guys enjoy!
