Get ready for total body Saturday fat burn with this full body metabolic TABATA training!
I created this TABATA interval training workout with weights for maximum calorie burn and weight loss to promote strong lean physique!
This interval workout has 8 different TABATA exercises, 8 rounds for each one 20 sec work / 10 sec rest ! We will begin with a warm up cardio TABATA and then continue with power TABATA training.
🤩 I'm using 8 lbs / 10 lbs dumbbells sets.
