Today we are doing sweaty 50 minute cardio and strength workout.
Let's sweat, burn and feel amazing! This is your high calorie burning metabolic workout with weights. Amazing metabolic workout for women and men. This workout is a combination of compound cardio and strength hiit intervals to work every muscle of your body!

I designed this compound exercises workout with everyone in mind - beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. More muscle you are able to add to your workout the more metabolically active tissue you will have working in your favor to burn calories even at rest.
Today metabolic cardio and strength workout include different circuits for an upper body exercise, a lower body exercise and abs exercises. We are talking about a total body burn! I'm using 5 lb dumbbells today! This is great metabolic workout for women and men.
