I designed this pilates session with ever one in mind, so this workout has beginner friendly modifications. I build this 30 min pilates routine to sculpt and tone your upper, lower body and abdomen.We are doing pilates ring exercises and pilates dumbbells exercises all in one workout.
Equipment I am using today for your reference 3 lbs dumbbells each and medium resistance pilates ring!
Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
