This is is metabolic weight loss and total body sculpting workout will work every muscle in your body. This power hiit designed with ever-one in mind and has beginner friendly modifications.
We have 6 blocks, 3 blocks bodyweight cardio exercises and 3 blocks exercises with weights.
Get ready to sweat and put your body on fire, burn calories and give everything you have got!
For this hiit workout challenge, you will need a pair of dumbbell and your mat! The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs sets!
