Sweaty high intensity Interval training workout include bodyweight exercises, exercises with weights and fun plank variations for legs, shoulders, arms, back and abs. This HIIT workout challenge has a lot planks, burpees and core exercises. If you have knees injuries or back injuries, please avoid plyo exercises all together. For this HIIT workout challenge, you will need your mat, light weights and your water! We have 7 blocks, and we are doing 60 sec intervals and taking breaks for 30 seconds.
