What kind of workouts do you need to build muscle in your 40's?

Workouts.
-To gain muscle, you're going to need to follow a progressive overload style of training. Progressive overload means you will need to focus on doing more than you did in your last workout; this doesn't mean doing a different exercise but instead doing MORE weight sets or reps from the previous exercise.
-You'll need to track your workouts to do this and pick HOW you're going to beat your numbers. Decide if you want to add weight, add reps or even add a set.
-You'll repeat this process for about 4-6 weeks before you need to change exercises.
