➡️ We are using adjustable ankle wrist arm leg weights! My ankle weights set is 2 lb each and are completely optional for this workout. If you are a beginner, working with body weight and gravity is enough resistance at first, once you feel more confident and mastered bodyweight exercises then you can add ankle weights.

This pilates full body workout at home is all fitness level fitness program! Don’t rush and take your time. While doing this 45 minute pilates workout don’t push your body too hard-less is more! This workout is totally apartment friendly and great pilates at home! All you need is your workout mat!
If you are finding an exercise painful you should stop. Some discomfort is totally fine when you working your body in new ways. Always listen to your body carefully, and do your best.
