Chair Yoga for Low Back with Jacob Cino

You are not the only one if you are someone who deals with Low back pain. This video might help alleviate some of the stiffness and pain. A short 13 minute all level chair yoga class is designed to be safe enough that most should be able to participate. Addressing our hamstring, and hip muscles with some gentle stretches, as well as side bends and forward bens to loosen the low back. Approach your practice with patience and compassion. I hope you find relief or peace from this class.
