Excited to share this new 20 min chair yoga class with you. This class focuses on flowing, Flowing with the breath, and maintaining a flowing rhythmic breath. I hope this class fills you with goodness and allows you to share love with others. Take your time. Listen to the body and don't do anything that feels like too much. Move with the breath and observe the body and mind. Enjoy and share.
