Introducing: Training Cycles By Lebe Stark - (NEW CYCLE COMING UP!)

Starting on Monday, 29th of March 2021, we're starting a brand-new training cycle on our YouTube channel with our live workouts! This idea is supposed to build a strategy behind our live workouts to keep you engaged and moving into the right direction with a sense of focus and belonging.

We call this upcoming cycle "Simple & Sinister - inspired by Pavel Tsatsouline". While we don't follow the S&S program accurately and on Pavel's terms, we take his idea of doing two exercises per workout - and even incorporate his famous combination of Swings and Get Ups.

As another addition, we also start working with the "flow" concept that combines two exercises and makes it into one.

The new training cycle system works as follows:

Duration
- 4 weeks
- 3 different workouts/ week
- 12 workouts total

Monday
- Swing
- Turkish Get Up

Wednesday
- Clean & Jerk
- Mill Squat Flow

Friday
- Double Jerk
- Snatch

Protocol
- 2 execises à 3 minutes
- Unbroken
- 4 Rounds
