Welcome to your squat challenge!
This workout challenge is an excellent fat burning and muscle building class! I'm using set of 10 lbs dumbbells (each)! We have 5 strength training exercises and squats cardio supersets! We are doing full body compound exercises for full body fat loss - squats for muscle growth and body weighted cardio bursts!
This is really effective way to build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time.
Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
