This workout challenge is an excellent fat burning and body sculpting class! I'm using set of 10 lbs dumbbells (each)! We are 4 strength and cardio supersets - strength exercises using dumbbells for resistance plus body weighted cardio bursts! This is really effective way to build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time. Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
