Let's sweat, burn calories and feel amazingly strong after! This is your full body strength training workout with heavy dumbbells and pilates workout in one session. We will begin with warm up and will continue with weight training. We have 10 strength exercises to complete total, 5 exercises full body bodyweight exercises and 5 full body strength exercises. We will finish strong with pilates workout. For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of heavy dumbbell and your mat!
