7 day beginner chair workout designed for seniors or beginners who want or need to exercise in a chair. The 7 day program combines cardio, strength training, and stretching to give a full-body workout. Chair exercises can be a great way to get exercise while staying safe at home at the same time. In today's workout, we will be doing 5 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, another 5 minutes of cardio, and then stretching for a full 30 minute class. Hope you enjoy the program!
