Makes: 1 serving Macros Protein: 51 g Carbs: 20 g Fat: 17 g Kcal: 435 Ingredients: 1 cup plant-based milk of choice 1 tbsp raw cacao A big pinch of salt 1 tbsp cacao nibs 3 tbsp chocolate vegan protein powder 1.5 tsp xanthan gum Toppings: 2 tbsp sliced strawberries or berries of choice Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs in your blender or immersion blender. 2. Add the cacao nibs and stir. Store the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours. 3. The mousse can be eaten directly but it tastes best when served chilled. 4. Top with your desired toppings such as strawberries, blueberries or granola.
