in this video you will learn how to make coffee-flavored vegan protein bars - the ideal vegan fitness snacks to build muscle on a vegan diet.

Makes: 8 servings

Macros per serving
Protein: 14 g
Carbs: 19 g
Fat: 9 g

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup raisins or dates

1 cup vanilla-flavored protein
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp soy crisps
1-2 tbsp instant coffee powder
2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:
1. Pulse the almonds and dates in a blender until they stick together but are not fully broken down.
2. Combine the dry ingredients first in a large bowl and then add the oil and raisin-almond mixture.
3. Mix everything well together with your hands and press firmly into a food container.
4. Store in the fridge overnight and cut into bars.
