Sprinting is a Science. You need to work on acceleration, sprintspeed, strenght and for sure sprint technique. In the last weeks i talked a lot about the fastest way to become a great sprinter. On the other side there are also many mistakes you can do when you try to run faster. In this video I covered 5 mistakes which you should avoid as a sprinter. Its even possible to train into the wrong direction, so training will lead to a slower sprint time.
