This is metabolic strength weight loss workout with weight is a total body sculpting session to work every muscle in your body. This 350 reps power strength challenge designed with ever-one in mind and has beginner friendly modifications.
We will begin with cardio warm up and then we have 17 total body exercises to complete - 350 repetitions total. For this metabolic strength and conditioning workout with weight you will need a pair of dumbbell and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs each dumbbell!
