45-minute cardio strength, abs superset workout and 7 minute yoga stretches.
This is non stop workout challenge so be sure to stay hydrated. This full body workout has a lot of fun fat burning compound exercises which performed without rest! However, if need to take a break at any time, pause the video, rest and hop back in. You will get stronger at no time.
I will guide you through and you will do your best!
