This hip hop themed HIIT indoor cycling workout makes for a fun and awesome fat burning experience!
I am so excited that you are here for this cardio cycling workout! We are going to make this 30 minutes count! This is an intense cycling class, but can be modified for any fitness level from beginner, intermediate, to more advanced riders! We work through sprints, climbs, and jogs in a HIIT style cardio workout to really feel the burn during this hip hop rhythm ride! You will find modifications below for all types of stationary bikes, so make sure to read on if you need to modify! Grab your water bottle, grab your towel, and let's do this!
