This is your full body metabolic strength training workout with heavy dumbbells and abs workout in one session. We will begin with warm up and will continue with weight training. We have 3 blocks today. Block 1cardio block to warm up, block 2 is your full body strength exercises with dumbbells, block 3 has 4 unilateral exercises for full body strength and we will finish it on both sides. We will finish this strength and conditioning workout with quick abs workout. For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of heavy dumbbell and your mat! The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs set (each dumbbell) and I also use 1 15 lbs dumbbell. Get ready to sweat, burn hard and give everything you have got! Let"s crush it team!
