This 15 minute knee -friendly HIIT cardio bike workout will give you an amazing workout in a short amount of time!

If you are new to cycling, I am so glad that you have joined me for this workout! Cycling is a great low impact fitness option as well as being an amazing calorie burner, and strength builder.

This full seated ride is perfect if you are on a stationary bike, a recumbent bike, foldable bike, a road bike with trainer, or spin bike! It is also an awesome ride if you are a beginner looking to build up to more advanced rides or if you are an advanced rider, this would make for an ideal recovery ride. Either way, this is your time and your workout so make the most of it!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
