A full body dumbbell workout and metabolic intervals that really demands everything you have got! Get ready for a full-on full body sweat session! For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, workout bench (optional) and your mat! This resistance training session has strong focus on lower body! We will begin with a warm up and continue with strength compound exercises such a leg extension or seated leg curl and finish strong with abs finisher! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15 lbs each. This full body strength workout will leave you sweaty yet feeling so happy to have completed such a demanding workout!
