This is your 45 min 30 rep super set workout. 300 rep metabolic strength and conditioning training and pilates workout today.
SUPER COMBO metabolic workout challenge is a combination of high impact and low impact cardio bodyweight exercises and compound exercises with weights. Prepare for sweat, total body weight loss, full body sculpting and stretching sweaty session!
We have 10 exercises (30 reps each) total 300 rep workout challenge. Strong pilates finisher afterwords.
I'm using 30 lbs and 8 lbs dumbbells sets (each dumbbell).
