Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/attnagency/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/attnagency SKLZ with 261 ads live. That is a lot of ads and the majority of them are different. We got a good mix of video, imagery, UGC, stock, product shots, silhouettes. I mean this is really some good stuff. If we just pop into the first video ad here and hit play. This is clearly an ad that was put together by this user. Well, it's clear to me anyway. I mean it could have been a setup shot, but if it is, it looks just like all their UGC. I mean they've done an outstanding job of getting people to provide them with content and use it. This ad in particular I loved, it's a image of a young man taking a ground ball off of the SKLZ Equipment, but the image of the father in the background changes the tone of the whole ad completely. Right? It puts you somewhere and helps you understand the atmosphere that this kind of product is used in or what kind of person's buying this. It's clearly directed at a father that's buying it for his son or daughter to play with and I just really thought this was a great ad. To feel like the best, train like the best. That's good copy. I mean it sends the message that it really does need to send, I mean that's what the copy needs to be saying. They're making a lot of ads like this right here, very quick, only music with good text layovers and then that's it. It just loops through. Baseball training gear to improve all aspects of your game and then it showcases some of their products in use and it's clearly stock footage that they put together to showcase their products in a good light. It's short because they know their view time's going to be really low because the view times are always really low, so why waste money putting together a four minute video when people are only going to watch four to eight seconds of it on average. Right. They clearly know what they're doing and the creative showcased that. Look, let's show you some of the products, some of the UGC down at the bottom here. This has gotta be, if it's not UGC, it certainly has this kind of like organic feel. Maybe it's a sponsored video and they sent them all this equipment to train, or maybe they just really love skills and happen to have all their equipment. Either way, it's high intensity, action packed, good music in the background, unique, constantly changing every what, 10 seconds or whatever it is. And this is the kind of content, if you've got a product like this, you have to be putting together and they're doing it. It's really a textbook example of great creatives for this company. If you have a product that is a use case product, like you're going to actually get outside and use it, climbing equipment, sports equipment, this kind of stuff needs to be made. Go take a look at their ads. They're doing a great job. SKLZ, my hat's off to you. My name is Bobby Dietz. Thanks for watching this ad review and we'll see you in the next one. |
